I purchased this product just to try it out. I actually just take the serving size orally. Perhaps it could be the placebo effect but although I was tired this morning after taking the extract I had a good aerobic workout. And that's saying something because I'm 72 years old and I'm looking for any extra help I can get. The only problem I have is with the dosage of 1 gm (or 1/5 of a teaspoon?). It would be nice if you could include a spoon that size with the box
