I've been using ginseng for many years and this brand seems to be of made of particularly high quality ingredients. It is just ginseng. The last brand that I tried the manufacturer snuck caffeine into the mix to give you a false impression of what ginseng does. Ginseng doesn't give a rush. You use it over a period of time to get the full benefit. I really like this brand and if you use ginseng I think you might as well.
