阿育吠陀睡眠支持

These capsules came safely sealed and had no strange odors when I opened them. I have troubles with larger pills, capsules and the like and these are a bit large for my liking. I have to make sure I drink a glass of water with them to assure they go down. The capsules are clear, the contents a brown color. I haven't noticed any changes since starting these, but have only taken them for a couple of weeks and have missed a day here and there.

Ashwaghanda is good for stress control, l theanine is good for metabolism and focus, gin-sing is a good antiinflammtory. Overall, it is a good supplement that is easy to swallow. I have taken upwards of 1000 mg of awshwaghanda so 300 mg may or may not provide significant results. However, if you're just starting to take ashwa 300 mg may be a good start.
