All your purchase’ refund is valid from 30 days when you receive your package. If 30 days have gone by since the day of receiving the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund or reshipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used. Please note ①the refund to the card may take 5-10 business days, ②purchases through your Loyalty Points will be refunded through Loyalty Points that can be used right away.
Please contact via contact form or E-Mail support@kgcus.com to initiate the request with the Order Number and specific products. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
※Quality-Related Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please contact the Customer Service department at support@kgcus.com with your order number and additional relevant information.
※Price Matching Policy: We do not offer price matching for any orders. This includes orders placed outside of a promotional period (before or after the promotion), products sold by other retailers, and subscription items, as these are already offered at a fixed discounted rate.
※Subscription Discounts: Any additional discounts applied to subscription purchases are valid for one-time use only. Promotional discounts apply to the first subscription order only. If a product is purchased at a discounted promotional price through a subscription, that price applies to the first delivery only. All subsequent renewals will be charged at the standard subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.

What if I received a damaged item in transit?
In case you have received a product that has been damaged or a shipment that is incorrect, contact us within the first 14 days for a resolution. First take photos of the issue and email them along with an explanation to support@kgcus.com
※Do Not touch or consume the damaged item as broken bottle can lead to serious injuries. Korea Ginseng Corp is not liable for any damage or inquiry resulting from these attempts.
What if I never received the package?
We would first advise you to ask your neighbors to see if packages were delivered to the incorrect address. If you still cannot locate your packages, please contact our customer service department, we will assist you to get this resolved.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be available once the returned items are received. Please be aware this process may take time.
