Makes 3 - 4 dozen cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

1 pkg. (18 1/ 4 oz) Devils Food cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 C vegetable oil

1 pkg. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips

1/2 to 1 C chocolate chips

1 tsp. Korean red ginseng extract

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and ginseng. Batter will be stiff.

Stir in chips.

Roll into 1” balls.

Place onto lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly.

Bake 9-11 minutes.

Cool one minute. Put on wire rack.

Korean Red Ginseng Muffins

Korean red ginseng imparts a delicious flavor to your every day baked goods such as muffins and breads. This recipe for Korean red ginseng muffins creates an easy-to-eat baked good that is perfect on-the-go or as a good snack for children.  These ginseng muffins are also perfect with tea.

Makes 10 muffins.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Cake Flour

1 Tablespoon Baking powder

¼ cup Butter

2 teaspoons Korean red ginseng extract

1/2 Cup Milk

Add milk and sugar into the Korean red ginseng extract.  Whisk egg in a separate bowl until they become creamy.  Drain the cake flour and baking powder through a sieve. Melt the butter in a bowl in a boiling pot.

Mix the milk and egg and add the powder, then butter, and combine thoroughly.

Lightly grease a muffin tin and put the dough into the muffin compartments, up to 70% capacity.  Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Stem Ginger and Ginseng Cookies

This final recipe is a mouth-watering spicy-sweet take on the classic ginger snap provided by Big Oven. Korean Ginseng Corp’s powdered extracts can be used to impart flavor and support one’s health and well-being.

Makes about 10 cookies.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Golden syrup

1 tsp Ground ginger

1/2 tsp Korean red ginseng extract

1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda

1 cup self-raising flour

1/3 cup sugar

1 stem fresh ginger,  chopped

¼ cup Butter

Instructions

Begin by sifting the flour, ginger and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl

Add the sugar then lightly rub in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Next step is to add the syrup and mix everything together to form a stiff paste.

Now divide the mixture into 10 pieces about the same size as each other, and roll each piece into a ball.

Place them on the baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between them because they will spread out while they’re cooking.

Then simply flatten each ball with the back of a spoon and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cool on a baking tray for 10 minutes before serving.
