Here’s an immune-boosting spin on a popular summertime classic!

Make up a jug of refreshing iced tea to serve friends and family members on those warm summer days. With a subtle tea flavor, oranges, lemons, and mint, it's an excellent alcohol-free party drink that is super-healthy too.


  • 6 tea bags
  • 2 tbsp. organic raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp. organic honey, plus extra to serve
  • 2 tbsp. red ginseng extract
  • 2 lemons, 1 juiced, 1 sliced
  • Small bunch mint, leaves picked (optional)
  • Ice


Step 1

Put the tea bags, sugar, honey, and 3 cups water in a large jug. Leave to infuse for 10 mins, then remove and discard the tea bags. Chill until ready to serve.

Step 2

Stir in the lemon juice, lemon slices, and mint leaves. Fill the jug with plenty of ice and stir again.

Step 3

Fill tall glasses with ice and pour over the iced tea, then serve with extra honey to taste.

Fruity Ginseng Punch

Make this ginseng-infused fruit punch a non-alcoholic drink for a summer party. With fresh fruit, mint, juice, and lemonade, it's wonderfully refreshing—and the ginseng will pump up your immune system to deal with any bad bugs out there.


  • 8-10 strawberries, halved or sliced
  • ½ lemon or lime, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. red ginseng extract
  • large handful of ice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup lemonade


Put the fruit and ice in a large jug. Pour in the juice, stir.

Watermelon Lemonade Booster

This watermelon-lemonade-ginger drink looks amazing but is also super simple to make. It's perfect for a kid’s party or makes a refreshing summer drink for adults and elders who’d like a little healthiness with their delicious drink.


  • 1 large or 2 small watermelons
  • 1 cup lemon juice (from a bottle or squeeze your own)
  • 1 tbsp. organic raw sugar
  • 1 bottle soda water
  • 1 watermelon, cut into slices
  • 1 small handful mint (optional)
  • crushed ice


Step 1

Cut the top off the watermelon and hollow it out using a large spoon, fishing out any pips along the way. Mash the flesh through a sieve into a bowl. Put the flesh in a blender (or use a tall jug and hand blender) with the lemon juice and sugar, whizz to a purée, then stir in the soda (alternative – add 2 cups watermelon juice to tall glass).

Step 2

Heap some ice into the hollowed-out watermelon and fill it with the lemonade mixture. Serve the rest in a jug with mint or watermelon slice. Have a bowl of extra crushed ice on the side so people can help themselves.
